  Family member was ill. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for medicine. I had to wait over an hour. The staff was totally incompetent on how to file insurance. The pharmacist Susana G. was completely rude and told me she couldn't run the insurance and told me to get out of line or just pay cash. After taking the time to call my insurance company who told her how to put it in correctly, my insurance went in just fine. I will drive out further to another pharmacy to get better service and be taken care of by more competent staff !
