  As others have said, service here is slowwww and not always reliable or accurate. Examples: they had to fax a paper to my Dr. and last night they assured me it had been faxed a week ago. This AM my Dr's nurse called to say it had just landed on the Dr's fax machine. Which do I believe?? The Dr. And they have a habit of "forgetting" to auto-fill prescriptions; not sure how that's even possible.

  Worst Pharmacy Customer Service! I have used this location for the past 7 mos and wish I had saved my time and frustration by reading the previous review because it was completely true. I decided to use this location because it was the most convenient. However, every month they have continued to mess up my auto refill prescription by not filling it on time (again "auto-refill"), failing to notify me when it was ready (even though I'm on their list to contact by text or voice mail), and finally by filling the wrong medication. I have never had an issue with other Walgreen locations in the past. Every interaction, regardless of if it is over the phone or in person, has ended in complete frustration (each month) due to their lack of helpfulness, friendliness, and their bad attitudes. They aren't apologetic when they do mess up and act like you are inconveniencing them! I have worked in retail & customer service for over 10 years and would never treat my customers with such lack of disrespect.
