    Well, allow me to preface this review by stating that I have been with T-Mobile for very close to three (3) consecutive years; and have interacted with various staff members across a few states in a personal, as well as, professional consumer capacity. Of note, prior to T-Mobile, AT&T had been my provider for over a year, and Verizon for over a decade before that. I believe this makes my (and that of family members) evaluation knowledgeable and highly accurate. One could delve into the pros and cons of AT&T or Verizon, but allow me to focus on T-Mobile as it their outstanding service that should be highlighted, specifically, the Broadway Store location, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Although my interaction has been with several types of employees in varying capacities, and generally amazing service, I have yet to come across a store location that has not only been incredibly consistent in EXCELLENT customer service, but EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER has gone to unimaginable lengths to make certain I leave their store with incomparably EXCELLENT service and product! Yes, I know, while reading this review, you have probably made jokes about how I must be friends with a staff member, received something in exchange for the great review, and/or am related to an employer or something, right? However, nothing could be further from the truth!!! Not only have I never met any of the staff members before but had to request each and every employee/staff member's name personally prior to exciting the Broadway store location late In the afternoon, on August 10, 2017. It should also be brought to your attention that since May 1, 2017, I have been in this store location four (4) separate times, interacted with all four (4) staff members individually and jointly, AND had to seek several different types assistance, including, but not limited, payment of my bill, adding new lines, removing a line not being used, changing my plan type, and ordering products. Not only did I receive excellent service but the staff showed me how I could be paying so much less, all-the-while receiving significantly more services!!! My first interaction was with "AL" while remitting a partial payment and was shown how I was paying $10.00-$20.00 (ten to twenty dollars) too much monthly; the second interaction was with RODNEY, approximately two (2) weeks later; and the final was with SIDNEY and SHAY (RODNEY joined us about halfway into the visit) to add new lines, getting new phones, getting newer phones, and changing my data/plan, etc.. Today I/we will be going back in to pick up the new (and specific) cell phones they ordered for us last week. I/we have been in the Broadway store location right at the time of opening hour, shortly after lunch, and two (2) hours before closing (rush and peak customer traffic). Meaning, my experiences in this particular store location have varied enough to experience how the staff react to different customer-traffic flow, several types of customer needs, and when having a single staff member take care of all of the customers at once; and at the beginning, middle, or end of shifts. Each time, I have not only gone into the store with a different set of circumstances or needs to be addressed, but each time I have left immeasurably happy, Summarily, regardless of your consumer needs or time available to have your needs met, not only are you going to have ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service CONSISTENTLY, but you are going to leave the Broadway Store Location feeling like you made a new friend because they are ALL ABOUT putting YOUR CONSUMER NEEDS before anything else!!
