  I recently moved to Little Rock AR looking for the known name and brands of stores I loved from where I moved from. I was sorely disappointed and surprised at the quality of this store. I understand the market drives the demand but really there is no excuse for being a national name and not have an attitude of excellence in the overall look and presentation of a store, esp it being the only one in the area. The first impression was one of an old much needed facelift to the overall store. It needs expansion and a reason to draw its customers from the inside out. The location of the store is in a fairly nice area of town but has lacked vision for a better, excellent appearance. Presentation of your product is everything in a highly competitive market and I hope the CEO will take note and a look at this store. I would hate to see it fold, but it needs to step up or step out.
