  No stars! I ordered a cover with one USMC patch on 3/8, got one receipt thereafter. I emailed company one week later because I received no notification of shipment. The response was there is a 7-10 day wait for customized orders ( I didn't know this was a customized cover - or was not made clear on site that it was). I called on 3/24 and still nothing, that's more than 10 business days folks!. No communication, No cover, nothing. The least they could have done was let me know by sending me an email letting me know it would take so so long. I've Wasted my time, I could have ordered from someplace else at least. By the way, only reason why there's one star is because I can't post this without giving it a star otherwise I would not!

  Ordered an inexpensive watch as I wanted something that I could bang around in everyday. Shipment was a little slow but within spec time limit. The day after receiving it the crystal fogged up after being in the pool for about an hour. Talked to Bryant and management decided to replace the item at no charge. They also told me to not return the defective one as they did not want it. That was 7 days ago and they are shipping the replacement item today. Thanks so much.
