  I orginally purchased the Bentley Sectional sofa set. The chaise on the Bentley started reclining without pushing the lever. I had a repairman come out and it starting working for about 2-3, now it is not working. I have another chaise being delivered on Tuesday. I also purchase a $1,000.00 lift chair. It was sealed in plastic and over Christmas noticed that all of the mechanism underneath was VERY rusted. Havertys is saying they do not have one in stock. The chair is less than 6 months old. I purchased a bedroom suite and dining room set the first of January this year and 3 of the 6 dining room chairs had to be replaced due to being damaged. The pulls on the bed side table were stripped and unable to attach. The new dining room chairs were delivered only to have 1 of those damaged and so I am waiting for them to deliver a new one. The pulls on the bed side table were sent FED EX, only they sent the wrong ones. Now Havertys is asking for pictures of the pulls.....$12,000.00 worth of furniture has been purchased at this location and so far I have yet to receive 1 single piece that is not damaged or defective. I am very displeased with the entire situation. When I purchase an item I usually inspect it and make sure it is not damaged prior to bringing it home and with these deliveries I never know what shape the furniture will arrive. I also have missed work every single Tuesday for 3 weeks trying to get the deliveries at my home. I will not purchase another piece of furniture from this company and probably should have looked online and read the reviews prior to any other purchase.
