  Where do I start? This is my favorite store of all time! They have almost every tool imaginable! The quality over the years has seen a major improvement and I've had mostly positive experiences with the products. They have many specialty items you just wont find elsewhere. If you've ever worked on cars/trucks you'll know what I mean.

  The service at the Little Rock location is extremely poor. After trying to apply discount codes at the register as advertised online, I was ignored by the cashier and was overcharged by around $10 for my purchase. This is the second time I have felt ripped off by Harbor Freight before I even got home from the store. The store manager then proceeded to argue with me that I selected merely "similar" items in the store and that they were not actually on sale, but their website says differently after comparing the item numbers. After arguing for several minutes I was then told I would have to make a 30 mile round trip to receive my refund from the store. Long story short, nothing at HF is ever as good of a deal as it appears. Read the fine print of all the ads and check how much you are being charged for each item before you pay for it and drive away. I guess you really do get what you pay for. I won't be back to this store again.
