  We were looking to buy new bedroom furniture for our first home. Irma, the sales associate, did a fantastic job helping us out and made sure everything was squared away from start to finish. She definitely went above and beyond what we expected walking in the store.

  We closed on a house and needed to get it furnished decently quick. Rick Smith was super helpful! He let us browse, but was attentive and easy to find in the store whenever we had a question. He even helped us move an accent chair next to the couch we wanted to verify the aesthetic! We will definitely ask for him again.

  I purchased a couch. 4 stars for the couch itself. We are enjoying it so far. My salesman was Rob. He was a nice guy. This was my first time buying new furniture on my own. I did not find the experience an enjoyable one. Overall: high delivery fees ($90 for a single piece), did not assemble the couch, lack a customer-friendly exchange process, distant (near Scott) and limited warehouse pickup hours (closed on Sundays/Mondays and close at 6pm the days they are open). 2 stars for the exchange process. Unfortunately, it's not the Hank's my parents bought furniture at back in the day anymore.
