  I am new to the area and have visited this hardware store on two occasions: once to have a copy of a key made, and once (today) to see if they could help me find bolts for a license plate on a car I just bought. Both times, a man named Calen helped me immediately. The key was straightforward, and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The license plate, however, was tricky. Calen came out to the parking lot with me, tools in hand, to assess the situation. He went back and forth between the nuts/bolts aisle of the store and my car twice before finding the right combination. He installed my license plate for me and informed me my total would be a whopping 16 cents. I asked if I could compensate him for his time, and he said just keep coming back as a customer. I am a newly single mom, and he went above and beyond to take care of such a minor thing that was so daunting for me to handle on my own. Five stars, and I will definitely be bringing more business here.

  This place is amazing. They help you out with even the weirdest of projects. They helped me rig a camping sleeping pad inflation device that I needed about 3 inches of a tubing they sell by the foot. The just gave it to me. Had I not already been a loyal customer to this place I would have for sure been that day. Love this store. And they're dog friendly too. Every time my dog and I come in they always great her by name and when she isn't with me they ask, "Where's Gemma?" I love it.
