  This location is a joke and it is sad this is the only Forever 21 I have shopped at and had a bad experience. Each time I walk in, I never get greeted. Workers stand around and some do their job. There is poor signage in the store, I walk around lost and confused looking for the plus section. I had to ask someone where they moved the plus section to since it was moved and there is not a section anywhere that I saw that labels departments. I'm a retail manager so I know how a place is supposed to be ran. It's so cluttered and disorganized and makes it very unshoppable. The prices are great but I never want to stay in long enough to purchase items because of the clutter and arrangement of the store.
