  I am completely disappointed in this company. I ordered something for my father's birthday. My order was placed around noon and the store does not close until 6pm. I received a phone call from the store saying that because her delivery driver left the store they would not be able to deliver my father's gift that I already paid for. I want to remind you that this is 6 hours before they close! They then asked me if there was another day it can be delivered. Why in the world would I want it delivered on any other day besides his birthday? To add fuel to the fire I won't get my refund back for two or three days! I can't even use my refund to buy him another gift from a more trustworthy company!This is unacceptable service and I will not be doing business with this company again

  Ordered online around 9 a.m. I noticed that online said delivery could be as late as 7 p.m. so I called the store at around 10 to ask if it would be delivered before 5. The person on the phone was VERY nice and promised it wouldn't be a problem to have it there before 5. They delivered by 12:30 p.m. and the arrangement is VERY pretty and appreciated! Good job and I would use them again!
