  Dillards has moved up from my previous 1 star. I had problems with billing not sending me my bills. I had to deal with Wells Fargo and could not deal with Dillards and Wells Fargo does their billing. After my last complaint, Dillards contacted me, reactivated my credit card and all has been well. (They also had Wells Fargo call me and apologize.) Both companies took action and I was pleased with the fact that someone finally cared. (I did have to contact corporate for this to happen but I do not believe it will happen again, If it does, I know who to contact.) Thank you Dillards Corporate Office for your prompt attention! I have had my credit card for more than 30 years and am not enjoying it again. (My billing comes regularly now and on time.)
