  I am very upset! I received a Grayson Space Saver, over-the-toilet shelving unit, for Mother's Day in the "oil rubbed bronze finish. When I went to assemble it, I discovered that one of the bottom side frames was broken. When I called the phone number provided on the assembly instructions, the number isn't in service any more. When I sent an email to the address provided, it got returned to me, failed. The instructions say not to return the product to the store but to contact you so you can send me the missing/broken part. It is hard to do so if I cannot contact you!! If you are going to send your products to Canada for sale, then we deserve great customer service, too. Is this a really old product or something?? This seems to be the only way to get a message to you!
